How fast can we go live?
Most customers are live in 48 hours. Complex integrations (custom EHR, regulated workflows) can take up to two weeks.
What do you need from us to train the agent?
Whatever you have: policies, FAQ documents, pricing sheets, your website, past tickets. We also interview your team if the knowledge lives in people’s heads.
Do we need technical staff to deploy?
No. We handle call forwarding, number porting, and integrations. You approve the workflow before go-live.

Can you build custom integrations?
Yes, on Enterprise plans. Most custom connectors are live within 2 weeks.
Do you have a public API?
Yes. Webhooks and REST API for sending events, triggering campaigns, and pulling transcripts.
Pricing & billing
Why don’t you publish prices?
Minutes, integrations, compliance tier, and language needs vary enormously. We price the agent to your volume and requirements so you don’t over- or under-pay.
Is there a minimum contract?
Starter is month-to-month. Growth is a 6-month minimum. Enterprise is typically annual.
Do you offer a free trial?
We build a working demo agent for your business before you sign anything. You hear it, review transcripts, and decide.
